Meet DJ Mootsy, a dynamic new talent in the DJ world who made her debut in 2023, quickly gaining attention for her high-energy sets that blend music with a touch of performance art. Trained at the Jakarta DJ School, she’s honed her expertise across genres including House, EDM/bigroom, RnB, Amapiano, and Techno.
Mootsy's dedication and passion have already earned her notable accolades. She placed 2nd in the Demo DJ Hunt by Dineros Group 2024 (Newcomer Category) and took home the 1st prize in both the Outofthebox DJ Competition in 2023 and the Open Deck DJ Competition by REDMIND in 2024.
Before stepping into the world of music, Mootsy was a beauty queen, having held the title of Puteri Indonesia Banten in 2014, and was a finalist in the Abang None Jakarta Timur competition in 2010. With her unique blend of experience and talent, DJ Mootsy is poised to leave a significant imprint on the electronic music scene, captivating audiences wherever she performs.
